Simon joined us in 2002. He’s an Equity Partner with over 18 years’ experience of working in shopping centre leasing.
Simon lives in Sheffield with his wife and two sons. When he’s not ferrying them from one sports event to another, he (tries) to enjoy Sheffield United and is a keen motorsports fan. Simon’s an active walker, climber, cyclist and motorcyclist.
Richard joined us in 2016 from GVA - Leeds, where he was head of the Retail and Leisure team. He's an Equity Partner with over 12 years' experience at the cutting edge of the Retail, Catering and Leisure sectors.
Richard lives in Leeds with his wife and two young boys. Away from work Richard is a big sports fan and likes to keep himself active down at his local Crossfit gym. He also enjoys watching Sheffield Wednesday (unbelievable, but true…).
