Nicola joined Smith young in 2003 from the Arcadia Group in Leeds, where she was Estates Surveyor responsible for the North West region.

With over 25 years’ experience in lease consultancy from both a landlord and tenant perspective, Nicola provides advice to a number of prime shopping centre clients in the UK including British Land, Pradera Lateral and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, with particular expertise in the negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals and strategic advice.

Away from the office Nicola enjoys cooking, gardening and running.  She lives in Sheffield with her husband, three children and lovely labrador.
